Dr Beverley Tachon has worked extensively in NHS and States of Guernsey Mental Health Services both as a practising psychologist and as a manager of psychological therapy services.
Therapeutic specialities:
Dr Beverley Tachon uses mainly a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, however she has been trained in several evidence based therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to the individual client's needs. She has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner.
Dr Beverley Tachon has worked with a wide range of mental health difficulties from mild to moderate, including Addiction Problems, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, ADHD, Behavioural Disorders, Eating Disorders, Emotional Trauma, Low Self-Esteem, OCD, Personality Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Sexual Abuse.

Dr Amy Gilmour has worked in a variety of NHS Mental Health Services and for the States of Guernsey Mental Health Service.
Therapeutic specialities:
Dr Amy Gilmour uses a range of evidence based psychological therapy approaches depending on the individual client’s need. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Humanistic therapy and Systemic therapy. She has also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Dr Amy Gilmour has worked with a wide range of mild to moderate mental health difficulties, including Addiction Problems, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, ADHD, Behavioural Disorders, Eating Disorders, Emotional Trauma, Low Self-Esteem, OCD, Personality Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Sexual Abuse.
